Design
Our design team can create flat designs base on your technical sketches, mood boards or ideas. We will show your garment in 2D images as well as in a 3D video format. We will work closely with you to bring your ideas to life.
Fabric Sourcing
There are some common problems that new brands face when they are sourcing the fabric for their garments. What are the products? What is your specific niche? Who is your product for? There are a lot of questions to consider - Trazzor is here to answer them with you. We can source fabrics for you and give you recommendations based on your product, brand image, and the goals you are trying to achieve. You will receive a swatch or sample for approval prior to production.
Sewing Pattern Making
Suppose that your design of the garment requires a pattern, but the pattern has not yet been made. Even if it's just a technical sketch that you drew on paper, you can still send it to us with the mood boards. We have professional apparel designers who understand this domain of work. Making sewing patterns for customized garments is also one of the most complicated things to explain. However, we provide great communication for the clients to achieve exactly what you are looking for.
Size Grading
We can create your custom fits and graded sizes. We provide custom size charts that will automatically calculate the grading based on your measurements for a chosen size.
Digital Textile Printing
Digital textile printing is the newest innovation in textile printing. Fabric manufacturers can use this printing method to print almost any design on nearly any material, using an inkjet-based printing system.
Cut and Sew
First, we figure out our customer’s requirements, then suggest to them the best fabrics available in the market matching their requirements. In addition, we assist customers with their fabric and other material cutting needs. Using an electric blade, we can spread, layer, and cut your fabric. Custom cuts can be done with hand scissors. In order to maintain the print positioning, the fabric will be cut into panels for custom printing and custom embroidery. However, the fabric can still be stitched back together again after the panels are printed.
Sample Making
Performing this process prior to placing a bulk order is crucial and allows you to check the fit, the materials, the branding application, and its functionality. We want you to be 100% satisfied with all the details before proceeding with the production.
Production
As soon as the samples have been tested and any tweaks discussed, the perfect final sample is here, and we are ready to move forward on the production line at the apparel factory. We closely monitor the custom clothing production process to manage and secure it.
Custom Packaging
Trazzor recognizes the importance of presentation and the need to move towards modern packaging trends. Therefore, we have a large variety of packaging options available for our customers and it’s totally customizable. Nowadays, most brands are moving towards biodegradable bags in order to minimize their environmental impact.
